The Wu Wei Tea Temple is truly a one-of-a-kind place for world class musicians to perform. We have a vibrant local community who loves to be enchanted. If you are interested in performing here please note: Our operation is unique and somewhat small. We honor those performers who will put in the effort and are confident in bringing in an audience and being their own main promoter (typically the space can hold up to 50 people). We emphasize the audience aspect because we are a small tea shop in a small community and most people who come to the tea house do so to hang-out and talk. Since we are not an exclusive music venue we need the performers to bring in the audience that their show would be replacing. We don’t do cover charge or ticket sales but run our event on donations that all go directly to the artists. The owner herself does an epic job at getting people to contribute money to the artist during intermission and again before the performance ends!
